Customer experience firm Kalido has been recognised as the only Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platinum Partner in the Asia Pacific region.
Kalido is part of the diversified IVE Group, which includes the Blue Star Print Group, and which floated on the stock market 18 months ago.
Established in the early 2000s, Kalido uses the Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an online platform for its data-driven approach to automated marketing. Kalido offers marketing solutions in online media, social, creative, and content.
As a result of the platinum status, Kalido will now provide global input on the Salesforce Partner Advisory Council on the development of the partner ecosystem, and go-to market strategies
Kalido has previously ran a campaign for Toy’s ‘R’ Us, in which kids throughout the store took place in an augmented reality virtual easter egg hunt.
The company says it has an outcomes-based approach that goes beyond the available technology. It partners with clients to use the platform to better deliver experiences that ultimately drives engagement and revenue throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Kalido says it has continued to expand its certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud team and expertise to leverage the growing popularity of the platform, and has the largest team of developers and consultants using the platform in the Asia Pacific region.
The company says the platinum status is due to its superior approach to customer data design and platform implementation.
